Engineered for the quietest cabins.
Lightweight, fire-retardant hides and sheepskin upholstery for private jets, helicopter cabins and bespoke commercial interiors.
There is a moment, just after the cabin door closes, when the world quietly recedes. Your fingertips meet the leather and something registers instantly — this is not ordinary. Tanned in Italy by the Mastrotto Group, our aviation-grade hides are a tactile language of comfort, built for life above the clouds. Every hide is hand-selected to satisfy the most exacting designers, completion centers and master upholsterers — drawing the hand in, settling the body, and quietly announcing the craftsmanship behind it.
Our sheepskin is drawn exclusively from Australian flocks and prepared to yield a supple, tailor-friendly base that sews and shapes with ease. Each hide is then sheared to a consistent 25 mm pile, so the look and feel remain uniform from the first cover to the last.
Where regulation meets refinement.
Our aviation leathers meet the most stringent fire and abrasion standards required for certified cabin interiors, while preserving the supple, hand-finished feel of full-grain Italian hide.
We also supply premium sheepskin for headrest covers, dividers and bulkhead linings — quiet, soft, and unmistakably bespoke.

The quietest seat in the cabin.
We supply premium long-pile and short-pile sheepskin for seat covers, headrest pads, dividers and bulkhead linings — prized by completion centers for its natural temperature regulation, pressure relief on long-haul flights, and the way it absorbs cabin noise.
Hides are matched for color and pile height, finished to the same FAR 25.853 fire standard as our leathers, and available in custom dye lots for fleet consistency across multiple aircraft.

Finished panels, ready to install.
For projects on a tighter timeline — or where in-house quilting isn't an option — we supply pre-made decorative panels in a range of diamond, hexagon and bespoke quilt patterns, paired with precision perforation for ventilation and visual rhythm.
Cut and stitched to your seat, sidewall or headliner specification, the panels arrive ready for upholstery — giving even straightforward installations the look of a fully custom cabin.
